- Platnosť všeobecných podmienok používania a ochrany osobných údajov akceptujú všetci užívatelia a návštevníci webovej stránky jej zvolením, požitím, nákupom v e-shope a pod. Pravidlá ochrany osobných údajov a používanie cookies sa vzťahujú na služby, ktoré poskytuje spoločnosť T & B, s.r.o. prostredníctvom svojich webových stránok. Spoločnosť T & B, s.r.o. si vyhradzuje právo kedykoľvek podmienky používania a ochrany osobných údajov zmeniť podľa vlastného uváženia.

Neoprávnené použitie účtu alebo akékoľvek porušenie bezpečnosti musia byť ihneď nahlásené spoločnosti T & B, s.r.o.. Zneužitie prístupových údajov alebo ich poskytnutie tretej strane zo strany užívateľa môže viesť k vymazaniu užívateľského konta príp. k zastaveniu odberu.
- Spoločnosť T & B, s.r.o. si vyhradzuje právo schváliť alebo bez udania dôvodov odmietnuť registráciu, či prihlásenie k odberu. Má tiež právo bez udania dôvodov odstrániť akékoľvek užívateľské konto.
